Expert Care and Support for Every Child
We create inclusive spaces where children are celebrated for who they are. From early intervention to school readiness, we focus on connection and joy to help your child build confidence in their own rhythm.
We asked parents what they wish the world knew about autism. Their answers remind us that every child connects and learns differently, and that acceptance is what matters most. This is why we partner with families, listening to your experiences to create a support system that truly understands.
Our Early Intervention Centre offers evidence based therapies for children under six. We focus on nurturing communication, building social connection, and supporting sensory regulation to give your child a strong foundation for life.
We are thrilled to announce our Bridges to School Program for 2025. This program is designed to help children navigate the early years of school with confidence, building classroom readiness, self awareness, and a genuine love for learning.
Early parenthood can be overwhelming, but connection is your anchor. We created The Nesting Circle as a safe space for new parents and infants to connect through gentle play and shared presence, guided by our trained practitioners.
Our Scribbles and Strokes module helps children build the foundational grapho motor skills essential for writing. Led by Occupational Therapists, this 12 week program uses creative games and movement to make learning to write a positive and empowering experience.
Our guiding principle is that children are not problems to be solved, they are people to be understood. We focus on the meaning behind a child's behavior and create care plans where they feel safe, heard, and in control of their own journey.
For 16 years, Children First has been building a community of concern for our children. This is our dedicated team of over 60 therapists, psychologists, and support staff, all committed to providing compassionate, expert care.
A glimpse into our Art Circle, a therapeutic group where children aged 8-11 express themselves through creativity. Art becomes a powerful tool for building confidence, developing social skills, and finding a sense of belonging in a playful, supportive setting.
About Featured
We take a non-linear approach to therapy, focusing on sensory regulation and emotional safety before tackling academic or social milestones. This means our therapists often use play-based methods to meet your child exactly where they are today, rather than pushing for rigid, age-based targets.
Our Approach to Growth
At Children First, we do not view children as problems to be solved. We see them as individuals with unique strengths, sensory needs, and ways of connecting. Our therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists work as a team to understand the 'why' behind a child's behavior. Whether it is through our Early Intervention Centre or specialized groups, we ensure your child feels in control of their own journey.
Partnering With Families
You are the most important part of your child's support system. We work with you to plan, review, and adjust goals, ensuring that the progress made in our sessions translates into your daily life at home. You will never have to navigate the complexities of development alone.
Our Expertise
With over 16 years of experience and a team of 60+ professionals, we have developed a deep understanding of neurodiversity-affirming care. We operate out of our centers in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, and DLF Phase 1, Gurugram, providing a range of services from intensive school readiness modules to gentle sensory regulation play.
