The Nesting Circle: Gentle Infant Bonding Programs
A quiet, supportive space for infants aged 6 to 18 months and their caregivers to bond through play, music, and gentle sensory exploration.
We have just a few spots left in our upcoming Nesting Circle. We intentionally keep our groups small, with only 6 to 7 parent infant pairs, to create a quiet and personal space for connection and bonding.
Our Nesting Circle is a 5 week program where we meet once a week to explore a gentle rhythm with your baby. Led by trained Neuro Dramatic Play practitioners, it's a warm invitation for infants and their caregivers to connect.
Early parenthood can be overwhelming, but connection is your anchor. We created The Nesting Circle as a safe space for new parents and infants to connect through gentle play and shared presence, guided by our trained practitioners.
The Nesting Circle is a space to pause, play, and connect with your baby. There are no expectations, just you and your baby finding a special rhythm together in a supportive environment.
Rooted in Neuro Dramatic Play, each session in The Nesting Circle supports early bonding. We use music, stories, sensory exploration, and quiet moments of togetherness to foster deep connection.
The early months of parenting can come with many questions and an unspoken pressure to get everything right. We believe all your baby truly needs is your presence, and our Nesting Circle is here to support that connection.
If you are looking for a space to slow down, tune in, and simply be with your baby, The Nesting Circle is for you. It is an experience of connection without expectation or performance.
About The Nesting Circle: For Infants & New Parents
You will not find milestone tracking or 'how-to' parenting manuals here. Each 45-minute session is a deliberate pause designed specifically for you and your baby to just be. We keep our groups strictly limited to 6 or 7 pairs, ensuring the environment remains quiet, sound-dampened, and perfectly suited for your infant’s sensory needs. It is a space for you to reset while your baby explores through rhythm, and it is a chance to connect with other parents without the pressure of performance.
Understanding The Nesting Circle
Early parenthood often comes with a subtle, persistent pressure to get everything right. We built The Nesting Circle to be the antidote to that pressure. Rooted in Neuro-Dramatic Play (NDP), these sessions are not about teaching your child new tricks; they are about strengthening the non-verbal bond between you and your infant.
What Happens in a Session
We run 5-week programs where each weekly 45-minute session is facilitated by two senior Neuro-Dramatic Play practitioners. The flow is gentle and predictable:
- Rhythmic Interaction: We use music and simple movement to help infants regulate and feel safe.
- Sensory Exploration: Your baby interacts with sanitized, texture-rich materials designed to spark curiosity without overwhelming their senses.
- Parent Circles: While the babies play, we facilitate a support circle for caregivers. This is where you can talk through the realities of postpartum life, share experiences, and find solidarity with other parents who are navigating the same phase.
Why This Approach Matters
We believe that a child’s development is deeply influenced by the quality of their primary connection. By focusing on bonding, we help create a secure foundation. Our centers in Safdarjung Enclave and DLF Phase 1 are specifically equipped with soft flooring and sound-dampening features to ensure that your time with us is calm. We view our role as 'holding space'—providing a container where both you and your infant can exist authentically, exactly as you are, without judgment or the need to meet external milestones.
