About this collection

You won't find harnesses or expensive machines here. We focus on conditioning using your own body weight, high-density crash mats, and manual spotting to build the height needed for double flips and twists. Our Approach to Aerial Training

The Progression:

  • Foundation: We start with proper round-offs and back handsprings. If your base is weak, you cannot fly.
  • Spotting: When learning a new twist or flip, I provide manual support. You focus on the rotation while I ensure you land safe.
  • Conditioning: Aerial moves require explosive leg power and core strength. We train this on the ground, in the park, and on mats until it becomes muscle memory.
