Foundational Gymnastics and Stunt Training in Bengaluru
Nanu nimma raitara maga. We build your strength from the ground up with rolls, flips, and core work. No shortcuts, just hard practice in the open air.
Here I am spotting a young student on his first back handspring. Safety and building confidence are my top priorities for beginners.
Assisting a student with a handspring over a ledge. This drill helps build the strength and body awareness needed for more advanced parkour and stunt moves.
Hands-on coaching for a backflip. I am always right there to support my students, ensuring they learn safely and correctly.
Teaching a child the basics of a back handspring. With the right guidance, anyone can learn to fly.
Practice makes perfect. A student works on her dive roll over a stack of mats, a drill that teaches how to clear obstacles safely.
A student practices a handstand, a core skill for building upper body strength and balance essential for all acrobatics.
A student executes a clean dive roll. This is a fundamental safety skill for any stunt performer, teaching how to absorb impact and roll out of a fall.
Another example of a dive roll, a crucial skill for action sequences. We practice this until it becomes second nature.
A student works on his backflip with a spotter nearby. We ensure a safe environment for learning new and challenging skills.
A student practices her aerial cartwheel. This move is a great stepping stone towards more complex no-handed flips.
About Foundational Skills & Training
I do not use fancy machines or harnesses because real strength comes from your own body weight. In these foundation sessions, we focus entirely on safety fundamentals like landing mechanics, rolls, and handstands before we ever attempt a flip. Whether you are a complete beginner or a kid, I am right there with you to spot every movement until you build the confidence to do it yourself.
Build Your Base Before You Fly
Many people want to jump straight into advanced acrobatics, but that is the fastest way to get hurt. In my classes, we start with the basics of body control. We focus on landing mechanics, core engagement, and building the physical memory to fall safely—because if you can’t fall, you can’t fly.
My Training Method
- Safety First: We use high-density crash mats for every session, whether we are in the park or at the center. I provide manual spotting for every new movement until you are ready to execute it independently.
- Accessible Locations: We train at Kuvempu Rangamandira Park, BEML Layout, and our main center in Basaveshwar Nagar to keep training real and accessible.
- Real Progression: We start with forward rolls, handstands, and bridge work. Once your joints and muscles are ready, we move to cartwheels, dive rolls, and eventually, aerial flips.
Why Basics Matter
Whether you want to learn gymnastics for fitness or prepare for cinematic stunts, the foundational phase is the same. It is about understanding your body’s center of gravity. My students range from young children to adults, and we all follow the same path of repetition. There are no shortcuts here. If you are serious about learning, show up, put in the work, and I will help you get there.
