About Advanced Skills & Flexibility
Flexibility is not just about genetics, it is about the hours spent using wall bars, foam blocks, and targeted conditioning. In our training, we use these tools to help students safely increase their range of motion. You will see our students moving from basic stretches to advanced beam splits, but the goal remains the same: steady, pain-free progress that builds lasting physical control.
At our 7,000 sq. ft. Marathahalli arena, advanced training is a blend of intense physical conditioning and mental focus. We move beyond basic rolls into complex tumbling passes like round-off back tucks and uneven bar routines.
Safety is the foundation of our advancement. We utilize professional foam pits and crash mats, allowing gymnasts to experiment with higher-level skills without fear of injury.
Flexibility is trained as a daily discipline. We use resistance bands, stall bars, and partner-assisted stretching. This methodology ensures that when a gymnast executes a split on the balance beam, it is done with control, not just momentum.
Our programs are split by ability, so whether your child is just mastering their handstand or working on advanced artistic gymnastics, they are training alongside peers at their level. We believe that when students track their own progress—from their first clean landing to perfecting their posture—they build the confidence to excel both inside and outside the gym.
