About In the Ring: Competition & Sparring

We don't spar just for the sake of it. In these sessions, we focus on tactical clinch work and ring management, teaching you when to strike and when to defend under pressure. You will be wearing full protective gear, but the intensity remains real because that is the only way to prepare for a competition.
