I specialize in large-scale rangoli art that transforms public and corporate spaces. From 30x30 foot festival installations to branded floor displays, my work is designed to grab attention and bring energy to any venue.

A closer look at the 30x30 foot Ugadi festival rangoli we created at Forum Mall, Bangalore. This video shows the process and the final, vibrant result, a collaborative effort with artists Akshay Jalihal and Ganesh.

For the IPL season, we created this 15x15 foot rangoli for Royal Challengers Bangalore at GT World Mall. The artwork was a major attraction, blending team branding and cricket passion into a dynamic piece for fans.

This 10x12 foot rangoli was a custom piece for a Deepavali celebration at Jubilant Biosys in Bengaluru. The design features a warm, modern illustration style, showing how I can adapt my art to fit a corporate brand's festive theme.

About Grand Event Rangoli

When I take on a large-scale project, the most important step happens before any color touches the floor. I map out the space, analyze the floor texture, and plan sightlines to ensure the design is visible from all angles, whether that is from the ground floor or the atrium balconies above. For projects like my 30x30 ft installations, I bring in fellow artists like Akshay Jalihal and Ganesh so we can handle the volume and detail without rushing the finish.

Planning for Large Scale

Creating a Rangoli that spans hundreds of square feet requires more than just artistic skill; it requires site logistics. My process for large-scale installations begins with a site visit or a review of your floor plans. I need to know your foot traffic patterns, lighting conditions, and whether the space is wind-protected.

My Process and Team

I never use stencils for the main body of my work. My technique is based on the traditional five-finger method, allowing for a fluid, organic look that feels alive. For massive projects, I mobilize a team of 3-5 skilled artists. We divide the design into sections, ensuring color consistency across the entire 200-400 sq ft area. This team approach allows us to complete complex corporate logos or detailed cultural themes in 6-8 hours, often working overnight or during off-hours to ensure the installation is ready for your event opening.

Customization for Your Event

Whether it's a corporate brand activation like the ones I have done for Royal Challengers Bangalore at GT World Mall, or a festive cultural celebration like my Ugadi project at Forum Mall, I adapt my style to your needs.

  • Corporate Branding: I integrate logos and brand colors, ensuring the artwork serves its marketing purpose.
  • Cultural Festivals: I use traditional motifs, vibrant pigments, and specific layouts that resonate with the occasion, such as Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi.
  • Public Visibility: My designs are specifically composed for high-traffic areas, ensuring they look just as good from a distance as they do up close.

Everything I use, from moisture-free limestone powder to vibrant pigments, is selected for long-lasting intensity. If you are planning an event in Bangalore or across India, let's talk about how we can fill your floor space with art that people will actually stop to look at.
