The magnificent Rajasthani 'Shahi Bhojan' thali in all its glory. This platter features a vast array of dishes, including Dal, Bati, Churma, and various vegetable preparations, offering a complete royal feast.

A glimpse into our traditional sit-down lunch service. My team, dressed in elegant attire, is ready to provide impeccable service, starting with a warm welcome.

A modern take on a classic: Molecular Dahi Wada. I transform the traditional snack into a light, airy foam, capturing the authentic flavors in a surprising new texture.

Dahi Wada Pops, another one of my innovative Indian appetizers. These bite-sized treats are perfect for mingling and offer a burst of classic chaat flavor.

A fusion favorite, Pav Bhaaji Crostini. I serve the spicy, flavorful bhaji on a crisp, toasted slice of bread for a modern, easy-to-eat appetizer.

Italian Khichoo Finger, a creative fusion dish that combines the comfort of Gujarati khichu with Italian herbs and spices, served as a crispy finger food with a dipping sauce.

Desi by heart, Videshi in spirit. This is my Palak Paneer Ravioli in Makhani Sauce, where Italian pasta is filled with classic Indian flavors.

A beautifully presented Sabudana Layered Chaat. This dish, with its distinct layers of sago pearls, yogurt, chutneys, and pomegranate seeds, is a visual and textural delight.
