I take the Indian classics you grew up with and give them a modern, gourmet twist. It is about keeping the soul of the dish intact while adding a flair that makes your guests stop and smile.

My dum biryani is slow-cooked and served in traditional terracotta pots. This method not only looks beautiful but also seals in the authentic, soulful flavors of the dish.

A fusion of North and South Indian flavors. These are Stuffed Tandoori Chettinad Potatoes, served with a cooling coconut chutney and decorative skewers.

A comforting plate of Amritsari Chole served with fluffy, truffle oil cheese kulchas. The dish is accompanied by a side of homemade kairi achaar for a tangy kick.

The star of the dish: Amritsari Chole with Truffle Oil Cheese Kulchas. The menu card highlights the unique fusion of traditional Punjabi flavors with a gourmet touch.

My Paneer Biryani is a fragrant and flavorful main course. Served in individual terracotta pots with raita and papad, it offers a complete and satisfying meal experience.

My signature 7-Layer Dhokla, presented in elegant glass cubes. This dish deconstructs the classic Gujarati snack into a visually stunning and flavorful bite.

A playful fusion of Mexican and Indian street food. This is a Raw Mango and Nacho Chaat, combining the tang of raw mango with the crunch of nachos in a layered glass.

A close-up of the freshly baked Truffle Oil Cheese Kulchas. The golden-brown crust and soft, cheesy interior make them the perfect accompaniment to the spicy chole.

Another look at the 7-Layered Dhokla Cubes, with a menu card that clearly labels this innovative dish for guests at an event.

About Tradition Reimagined

Fusion needs balance, or it loses its soul. When I serve something like my Truffle Oil Cheese Kulcha, I do not just add ingredients for the sake of it. I make sure it still feels like the warm, comforting kulcha you crave, but with an unexpected depth that makes your guests pause and smile. That is my approach—respecting the original recipe while making it feel special enough to be a topic of conversation at your table.
