I don’t believe in cookie-cutter catering. Every event gets a menu and setup that’s built around your story. If you’ve got a theme in mind, favourite dishes, or even a special vibe you want, I’ll work with you to bring it to life. My goal is to make sure the food and the whole event styling actually feel personal.
Menus With Personality
- I design custom event menus, from quirky welcome drinks to desserts that end the night on a high.
- You’ll see everything from classic Indian like Dal Bati Churma or chaat carts, to global flavours - Italian, Mexican, Pan-Asian, you name it.
- I throw in a modern twist with stuff like Pav Bhaji Crostini or Molecular Dahi Wada if you’re up for something fun.
Food & Decor: All About The Aesthetics
- You’ll get luxury buffet styling with setups that can include chandeliers, flowers, and serveware that makes the food pop.
- Themed food presentation is my jam - whether you want a rustic pizzeria, a full-on ‘Burrata Pasta Bar’, or a vibrant Mexican stand.
- I use lighting - fairy lights, lanterns - to set the mood and get that Instagrammable look.

We kicked off Chandan Caterers in 2003, just wanting to serve happiness, one plate at a time. For us, food is more than taste – it’s the laughter, the baraat swagat, those 'wah bhai wah!' moments when someone tries our hazelnut platter.
