Food That Stands Out
I mix classic Indian flavours with a modern twist. Think Royal Rajasthani sit-downs with proper thalis, live chaat stations (Sabudana Layered Chaat, anyone?), and quirky fusion bites like Pav Bhaaji Crostini. If you want a trip around the world, my international counters have Sushi, Korean Avocado Tacos, Wok stations, wood-fired pizzas, and even a Burrata Bar.

My Story
We kicked off Chandan Caterers in 2003, just wanting to serve happiness, one plate at a time.
