Why We Do This
For us, the real vibe kicks in after the ride ends. I wanted a place where sweaty faces turn into friends and every session becomes a reason to stick around. It’s never just about burning calories - it’s about finding your tribe, moving through life’s madness, and feeling a little wilder together.
Mind & Body Sessions
We run workshops that help you reconnect - like Animal Flow and movement classes that get you out of your comfort zone, and Yoga & Sound Healing sessions where you just chill and breathe. Sometimes it’s Conscious Cardio - themed rides with a purpose, where we push each other and feel that collective energy.
Social Sweat & Local Collabs
Sweat is just the start. We link up with local cafes for post-workout breakfasts, burger joints for those cheat days, and sometimes even pull in a chef for a tasting menu. We’ve hosted gin cocktail workshops and mash-up group fitness workshops with other crews. It’s about mixing wellness with a little fun.
Outside the Studio
Some mornings you’ll find us hiking up hills for sunrise or cycling through the city - outdoor community activities that make you feel alive and remind you you’re not alone.

My Story
We started Chakra Athletica 'cause we wanted more than just another gym. Some of us came from desk jobs, one of our crew spun through her whole pregnancy, another broke out of her shell in front of a crowd. We all bring our mess, our moods, into this dark room and just ride it out together. It's not about being perfect, it's about showing up and feeling everything – sweat, music, chaos, calm. You leave remembering who you are.
My Work
Spin Classes For Every Mood - We do Classic 45-min rides, Bollywood spin rides, DJ nights, choreo sessions, even Animal Flow and Yoga.
Full-Body Party Workout - It's not just cycling – it's a full-body party workout with music, sweat, and a post-ride glow.
Beginner-Friendly Vibes - First time or pro, you fit in. We set you up, coach you, and focus on progress not perfection.
Riding As A Crew - Low lights, loud beats, good energy. We ride together, cheer each other, and yep, we provide shoes and towels.
Level Up Your Ride - We teach you real technique, from sprints to form, so you earn those levels and build real grit.
