Traditional Indian Sweets & Fusion Desserts
Mithai is the soul of any celebration. From comforting classics to playful fusion twists, our dessert counters are designed to be the highlight of your feast.
My Rabdi Jalebi is a heavenly fusion of two classics. A crispy, syrup-soaked jalebi is filled with rich and creamy rabdi, then garnished with almonds and rose petals.
These bite-sized mini Gulab Jamuns are soaked in a fragrant sugar syrup and served warm. They may be small, but they pack a huge punch of flavor.
Nothing beats the comforting aroma and taste of homemade Gajar ka Halwa. My version is slow-cooked with carrots, milk, ghee, and nuts for a rich and authentic flavor.
My signature Paan Petha combines the sweetness of Agra's famous petha with the aromatic, refreshing flavor of paan. Each piece is served with our custom flag for a special touch.
A tray full of our Paan Petha, a refreshing and unique sweet that acts as a perfect mouth-freshener after a grand feast.
For a fruity twist on a classic, I offer this Strawberry-flavored Agra Petha. It has a delightful tang that perfectly balances the sweetness of the petha.
My Kesar Basundi is a rich and creamy dessert made by reducing milk and flavoring it with saffron and cardamom. It's served chilled with mini rasgullas for a delightful texture contrast.
My Stuffed Malpua is a decadent treat. The traditional sweet pancake is stuffed with a rich mixture of mawa and dry fruits and fried in pure ghee.
A tray of my favorite Bengali sweets, including the delicate Chena Roll and Stuffed Malpua. These sweets are a testament to the rich dessert heritage of India.

About Traditional Indian Sweets (Mithai)
Deciding between time-honored classics and modern fusion is often the toughest part of menu planning. We recommend pairing crowd-pleasers like our warm Rabdi Jalebi with a surprising twist like our Coffee Ras Kadam to keep your dessert bar dynamic. We handle the technical side, ensuring cold desserts stay perfectly chilled and hot dishes like Gajar Halwa remain at the ideal serving temperature throughout your event.
The Art of the Dessert Counter
For us, a dessert counter is not just a table of sweets; it is a theatrical finish to your event. We focus on temperature control, visual appeal, and that critical balance of sweetness that keeps guests coming back for seconds. Whether you are hosting a traditional Maharashtrian wedding or a modern corporate gala, we scale our presentation to match your vibe.
Classics & Fusion
Our menu bridges the gap between generations.
- The Classics: We serve slow-cooked Gajar Halwa, creamy Kesar Basundi, and rich Stuffed Malpua. These are prepared using pure ghee and premium khoya to maintain that authentic, homemade taste.
- The Fusion Twist: We love experimentation. Our Coffee Ras Kadam brings a bold caffeine kick to a traditional Bengali sweet, while our Paan Petha offers a refreshing, digestive finish that your guests will talk about long after the meal ends.
Customization for Your Event
Every event has a different flow. We work with you to select items that complement your main course. If you have a specific childhood favorite or a regional specialty you want to include, let us know. We frequently mix and match based on the theme, ensuring the dessert selection feels like a natural part of your event story rather than an afterthought.
