Bring the vibrant energy of a Delhi street market to your event with our live chaat stations. We combine classic street flavors with modern, hygienic presentation to keep your guests happy.

There's nothing like the love for chaat! This video captures the energy of my live chaat station, from frying crispy tikkis to assembling plates of pani puri, showing why this corner is always buzzing with happy guests.

Pani Puri, Golgappa, or Puchka, whatever you call it, the love is universal. I serve them in shot glasses for a modern, hygienic presentation that's perfect for weddings and large gatherings.

My Pani Puri counter is designed for elegance and ease. Guests can enjoy their favorite street food from our beautiful setup, complete with large bowls of spicy and sweet water and a mountain of crispy puris.

The Pani Puri station is ready for service at an outdoor event. The golden bowls and fresh ingredients promise a delightful and authentic chaat experience.

The sizzle of Karari Tikkis on a large tawa is a sight to behold. I fry these potato patties until they are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, ready to be topped with chutneys and yogurt.

Watch the process of my Nawabi Tikki chaat being made, from frying the tikkis in hot oil to serving them up as a delicious, tangy treat. The crispy texture is what makes this dish so special.

A plate of my Delhi-style Karari Aloo Tikki Chaat, loaded with onions, beets, and spices. It's a crunchy, tangy, and savory explosion of flavors in every bite.

Another look at my Karari Tikkis, plated and ready to be served. The golden-brown crust and garnish of fresh vegetables make it as appealing to the eyes as it is to the palate.

A freshly prepared plate of Nawabi Tikki chaat, held up against the backdrop of more tikkis sizzling on the tawa. This is street food at its finest, served fresh and hot.

About The Great Indian Chaat Bazaar

Our chaat counter is about striking a balance between authentic street flavors and high-end service. We serve our Pani Puri in shot glasses to keep the process clean, while our Karari Tikkis are fried live on a tawa to ensure they stay hot and crispy until the moment they hit the plate.
