Traditional Maharashtrian Pangat Sit-Down
Service Format
- Style: Traditional sit-down setup or buffet with regional aesthetics.
- Presentation: Served on fresh banana leaves or silverware (thalis) based on preference.
- Staff: Servers dressed in traditional ethnic attire (Kurtas/Phetas).
Menu Configuration
- Beverages & Starters: 2 Welcome drinks (Solkadhi/Kokum) and 2 Farsan items (Kothimbir Vadi/Moong Dal Bhaji).
- Main Course: 3 Vegetable preparations (Dry bhaji, Bharli Vangi, Usal), Varan Bhaat with Ghee, and Katachi Amti/Kadhi.
- Breads & Rice: Freshly fried Puris or Tawa Chapatis, plus Steamed Rice and Masala Bhat.
- Sides: Thecha (chilli garlic), assorted papads, pickles, and koshimbir salad.
Dessert Section
- Signature: Ukadiche Modak (Steamed coconut-jaggery dumplings) served warm with ghee.
- Secondary: Choice of Basundi, Shrikhand, or Puran Poli.

- You’ll find the soul of my kitchen in desi classics. I serve traditional Maharashtrian pangat - the whole sit-down affair, where everyone eats together. There’s a different vibe when you hear folks say, “Wah, kiti chan jevan ahe!” (Wow, the food is so good!)
- Love South Indian? My live food stations roll out everything from crispy Pizza Dosa to Sushi Idli. Rasam Vada in shot glasses? That’s a real crowd-puller.
- If you’re craving street food, my chaat corner and tandoor grill bring that real bazaar chaos. Pani Puri is always a blockbuster - sabka pehla pyaar!
Sweet & Global Twists
- I end meals with mithai - rabdi jalebi, mini gulab jamuns, and sometimes quirky stuff like Coffee Ras Kadam.
- For something worldy, I do global fusion cuisine too: Dhokla Lasagna, live teppanyaki, Thai curries, and even molecular desserts that pop in your mouth.
