The Team & Presentation Our service staff are trained to be attentive without being intrusive. At traditional events, you will see our team in authentic ethnic kurtas and phetas, ensuring the service style matches the cultural tone of the room. For modern cocktail hours, we switch to crisp, clean uniforms that reflect the sleekness of the setup.
We view every buffet table as a stage. It is not just about the chafing dishes; we coordinate the linen, the lighting, and the garnishes. If we are doing a fruit display, we are not just stacking melons. We are arranging imported fruits like dragon fruit, kiwi, and Thai guava to create a centerpiece that draws guests in.
Logistics and Flow Every event comes with its own unique flow. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all layouts. We map out the traffic flow for your venue, whether it is a lawn in Alibag or a banquet hall in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, to make sure your guests aren't waiting too long for their live chaat or tandoor starters. We manage the timing of our live stations so that your guests always have access to fresh, hot food from the beginning of the reception until the dessert is served. By handling the placement and the pace, we give you the peace of mind to focus on your guests while we handle the rest.
