Meet your instructors, Shreya and Prashant Tak. Shreya holds a Master's in Food and Nutrition and is a certified yoga therapist specializing in prenatal yoga. Prashant holds a Master's in Yoga and is a specialist in aerial yoga and yoga philosophy.
I am Shreya Tak, a PCOD reversal coach with a Masters in Food and Nutrition. Over 12 years, I've helped 500+ women overcome PCOD using my three-pillar PCOD Bliss framework, which combines mindful yoga, personalized nutrition, and stress management.
Here are some glimpses from our stress management workshop at the studio. We teach effective techniques to help our community discover inner peace and reduce stress.

About Meet Your Guides: Shreya & Prashant
I am Shreya, a clinical nutritionist, and my partner Prashant focuses on yogic philosophy and practice. We do not operate as a faceless studio because health is rarely about just one thing. Whether you are dealing with PCOD or need a safe prenatal plan, one of us will always be personally involved in your progress, ensuring your protocol evolves as your body heals.
At Chaitanya Wellness, our approach is simple because we have lived it. We started this because we saw too many people in Bangalore masking serious health issues with medication. My background in food and nutrition combines with Prashant's deep expertise in yoga therapy to treat the root cause rather than the symptoms.
We don't believe in generic, one-size-fits-all plans. When you work with us, you aren't just joining a class. You are getting a structure that includes bloodwork analysis, cycle-synced nutrition, and therapeutic movement. We have seen 500+ women reverse PCOD and many others navigate pregnancy safely. We operate out of our studios in Kaggadasapura and Hosa Road, where we keep batch sizes small so we can offer individual adjustments for things like back pain or heavy menstrual flow.
