• Craft matters. Every project is built with locally sourced stone, wood, and brick. We collaborate with artisans, so nothing feels mass-produced.
• We keep things quietly sustainable. That means passive cooling, cross-ventilation, and local materials to keep the carbon footprint down. No fancy tech for the sake of it.

Across Terrains

Our work stretches from Alibaug’s coastal villas with basalt exteriors, to off-grid Himalayan retreats that handle heavy snow, to open-air Zanzibar escapes that capture the ocean breeze. Each place asks for its own solutions - sometimes that’s solar power, sometimes it’s mud walls.

Making, Not Just Drawing

We don’t just plan on paper. We build full-scale mock-ups right on site to get the proportions and feel right. That way, every little detail adds up to a home that feels whole.

Seamless Interiors

Inside and outside flow together. Natural materials, custom furniture, and smart openings for daylight shape rooms that are elegant but relaxed - nothing too perfect, but always comfortable.

Our studio’s in Mumbai, but our approach travels. We take on homes from Kamshet farmlands to Michigan lakesides, keeping our philosophy intact: handcrafted residential architecture, always anchored to its place.
