A look back at my flow journey. It started with a simple bamboo staff and has led me to performing with silk fans, LED hoops, and even fire. It’s a reminder that every big journey starts with a single step.

Let me re-introduce myself. My flow artist name is Techno Fire. This is the side of me that comes alive with music, fire, and performance.

About The Flow Journey: Practice & Performance
If you are looking at that staff and wondering if you have the coordination for it, trust me, you do. My journey started with a simple bamboo stick in a low phase, and now I make custom aluminum contact staffs specifically weighted to help beginners learn without the loud clank of heavy gear. I focus on lightweight, tacky-grip designs because I know the ouch factor of drops is usually the biggest hurdle when you are just starting out.
When I started in 2022, I just needed something to get out of my head. That stick became my meditation. Today, as Technofire, I bridge the gap between that quiet home practice and the high-energy flow shows you see in this gallery.
Why My Custom Staffs Feel Different
I don’t believe in mass-producing gear. Every practice staff I build is made to order, cut to your height—floor to chin ratio—and balanced with internal weights. This makes the rotation slower and more stable, which is exactly what you need when you are first learning the Figure 8 or a forward weave.
- Material: I use 6061 T6 aluminum tubing. It’s light enough that your arms won't tire out, but it bends under stress instead of snapping.
- Safety & Sound: I wrap the center in sweat-absorbent sports overgrip and cap the ends with thick rubber stoppers. This means you can practice in your living room without scaring your neighbors or marking your floors.
- Visuals: You pick the colors. Whether you want sleek black or a high-contrast neon spiral, I’ll tape it to match your vibe.

The journey from 'oops, I dropped it' to performing with fire and LED dragon staff wasn't overnight.
