I combine live loopstation soundscapes with raw fire art. Whether it is high-energy festival sets or intimate beach burns, I bring the heat safely.

A quick fire poi session by the pool. The reflections on the water add another layer to the performance. I'm always looking for interesting locations to spin and see how the environment interacts with the flames.

This video shows some of my progress with the fire contact staff. It's a challenging prop that requires a lot of precision and body awareness, especially when both ends are lit.

There's nothing quite like spinning fire by the ocean. This was a simple burn on the beach, just me, the sound of the waves, and the rhythm of the flames. A perfect way to connect with the elements.

Here's another look at a fire contact staff flow. I'm working on integrating more dance and footwork into my routines to make the performance more dynamic and engaging.

Back to the fundamentals with some basic fire poi patterns. Mastering the basics is key to building more complex and impressive sequences. This was a chill practice session focusing on clean execution.

This was a jam session at a creative ranch, working on my contact staff flow. Practice spaces like this are great for trying out new moves and pushing my limits in a safe environment.

A candid moment captured between sets at a forest festival. Even when I'm not officially performing, I can't resist grabbing my poi for a quick spin when the music is right.

A moment of calm before a fire slacklining performance. Balancing on the line is hard enough, but adding a fire staff brings a whole new level of focus and intensity.

This is a long exposure shot of me spinning fire poi. It captures the light trails and creates a beautiful, static image of the patterns I weave in the air, in this case, a triquetra.

This clip is from a poi workshop I was a part of. It's always great to share the art form with new people and see them light up, both literally and figuratively, as they start their flow journey.

About Fire Flow: Poi & Staff Performances

Fire isn't just about the spinning, it is about the safety and the setup. For these outdoor sets, I always bring a dedicated safety spotter and handle the fuel logistics myself. You just need to provide an open space with about a 3-meter radius for clearance, and I will handle the rest, from the kerosene to the actual burn.
