Fire Poi and Contact Staff Performances

This video shows some of my progress with the fire contact staff. It's a challenging prop that requires a lot of precision and body awareness, especially when both ends are lit.

There's nothing quite like spinning fire by the ocean. This was a simple burn on the beach, just me, the sound of the waves, and the rhythm of the flames. A perfect way to connect with the elements.

Here's another look at a fire contact staff flow. I'm working on integrating more dance and footwork into my routines to make the performance more dynamic and engaging.

Back to the fundamentals with some basic fire poi patterns. Mastering the basics is key to building more complex and impressive sequences. This was a chill practice session focusing on clean execution.

This was a jam session at a creative ranch, working on my contact staff flow. Practice spaces like this are great for trying out new moves and pushing my limits in a safe environment.
