I built these staffs because I wanted a friendly, durable tool for anyone just starting their flow journey. They are custom-sized to your height, lightweight, and quiet enough for home practice.

This is my favorite beginner move, the forward weave. I designed my practice staffs to be lightweight and easy to handle, so you can nail moves like this figure 8 without feeling intimidated. It’s all about finding your rhythm and having fun with it.

Here they are, my handmade practice staffs! I made these because I wanted a perfect, friendly prop for anyone starting their flow journey. Each one is customized to your height, has a special contact grip, and is super light, making practice a joy, not a chore.

Who said practice can't be a workout? My staffs are also amazing fitness sticks. Here I am with a friend, using them for some arm strengthening exercises. You can build muscle and learn a new skill at the same time.

Your flow journey can start right in your living room. My practice staffs are quiet and safe for indoor spinning. And when you're ready, you can explore a whole world of flow props, like this awesome LED staff for some midnight shenanigans.

For me, flow is a form of meditation, a way to connect with myself and the world around me. Taking my staff out to a beautiful spot like this and just moving freely is the best feeling. This is the 'Jee le Zara' moment I want everyone to experience.

You are not just buying a staff; you are joining a family of 'Flowmies'. I host regular sundowner events where we all jam together, share props, and flow to great music. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, just come and feel the vibe.

Don't forget to stretch! I use these sturdy, splinter free fitness sticks from Bamboostan for my daily stretching routine. They are fantastic for opening up your shoulders and improving flexibility, which is so important for any flow artist.

Most store-bought props are heavy and loud, which makes living room practice stressful. I use hollow 6061 T6 aluminum tubing with thick rubber end-tips, so you get the stability you need for contact moves without the 'clank' that usually happens when you drop your staff.
