About Hearty Morning Plates
I do not believe in rushing a meal, especially the first one of the day. My breakfast plates are designed to be savored, whether you are grabbing a quick bite or settling into a long, quiet morning in our garden. Everything is cooked to order, from the farm-fresh eggs on toasted sourdough to the thick-cut brioche French toast, so you get the meal exactly the way you like it.
My approach is simple: great ingredients, cooked with care. If you are here for the Signature Breakfast Platter, you are getting three farm-fresh eggs, grilled sausages, crispy streaky bacon, and thick slices of artisanal sourdough or milk bread. It is built to fuel your day.
If you prefer a lighter start, my avocado toast features house-baked sourdough topped with smashed avocado, fluffy scrambled eggs, and fresh arugula. For those with a sweet tooth, the waffles are crisp on the outside and soft inside, served with real berry compote and fresh whipped cream, never that fake syrup.
Breakfast here is about more than just the food. It is about the coffee, the morning air in our garden, and the transition from the city rush to a moment of calm. We use classic Italian equipment for our coffee, so you can count on a solid Americano or cappuccino to go with your meal. Note that we operate out of our Friends Colony West space, and while the garden can get a little lively, it is the perfect spot for a slow morning. We are ready to plate up your favorites from 8 AM to 11 AM every day.
