This is what trust, strength, and flexibility look like. We practice partner yoga to help you push past your limits safely, building deeper stretches and an even stronger bond with the CaliGang community. This pose combines a deep backbend (Urdhva Dhanurasana) with a supportive base.
Our coaches are always there to give you a hands-on assist. Here, we're helping an athlete safely deepen their camel pose (Ustrasana) to unlock thoracic spine mobility, which is crucial for everything from handstands to daily posture.
Proof that age is just a number and strength has no limits. We welcome everyone to our sessions, regardless of age or fitness level. Here, one of our most dedicated members builds her grip and back strength with a dead hang, a foundational calisthenics exercise.

About this collection
We don't just hold static stretches until you're bored. In our Saturday batches, coaches use hands-on assists to help you deepen those lunges and backbends. It is partner-assisted work, so you actually feel the difference in your range of motion right after the session, not just days later.
Why We Do It Differently

What To Expect
Our sessions are a mix of yoga asanas (like deep lunges and backbends) and dynamic mobility drills. We keep it real: it is gritty, it is sweaty, and it works. We operate out of semi-outdoor sheds in Vikhroli and Kanjurmarg with artificial turf, so you are not stuck in an air-conditioned room. You are training on the ground where the real work happens.
The Breakdown:
- Yoga for Athletes: We use functional postures to lengthen tight muscles, not just for zen. Expect PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretches that push you just enough to see progress without injury.
- Partner Assists: If you are struggling with a split or a deep fold, a coach is there to guide you. We believe in helping each other—that is the CaliGang vibe.
- Skill Prep: If you want to master handstands or L-sits, you need open shoulders and hips. Our mobility work is designed to unlock those exact areas.
