Our sessions combine athletic yoga asanas with dynamic mobility drills to improve your range of motion, prevent injuries, and support your strength goals. Our coaches provide guided routines and hands-on assistance to help you safely open up tight areas like your hips, hamstrings, and back.
Cali Kids: Fitness & Fun
We are building the next generation of athletes. Our Cali Kids program makes fitness exciting, teaching children bodyweight strength, coordination, and discipline in a supportive group setting. We focus on foundational calisthenics, fun agility drills, and basic yoga to build a strong and confident mindset from a young age.
Strength & Skills Showcase
Flexibility and mobility are the foundation for incredible strength. This is where you see the results of our training, as our athletes perform advanced calisthenics skills like levers, L-sits, and dynamic bar work. This is what happens when you master your bodyweight.

Our Training Grounds
Welcome to our home. We have fully equipped indoor and outdoor facilities at both Vikhroli and Kanjurmarg, designed specifically for calisthenics, yoga, and mobility training. This is where the hard work happens and where our community comes to grow stronger together.
