Pricing Guide
3 Days Per Week - Foundation Batch
Schedule
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (approx. 12 per month)
- Duration: 60 minutes per session
- Setting: Group batch of 12-15 students
Training Scope
- Basics: Bodyweight mastery (assisted push-ups, squats, hanging leg raises)
- Agility: Animal walks (bear crawls, crab walks) and dynamic stretching
- Activities: Obstacle course runs involving jumping, climbing, and swinging
Facility Specs
- Type: Semi-indoor shed or outdoor park with artificial turf
- Environment: Non-AC with industrial fans to build natural acclimation
- Equipment: Junior-height pull-up bars, parallel bars, and floor mats
6 Days Per Week - Intensive Batch
Schedule
- Frequency: 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday)
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session
- Flexibility: Access to all morning or evening slots
Advanced Curriculum
- Skills: Progression for Muscle-ups, Human Flags, Handstands, and Backflips
- Strength: Weighted calisthenics using dip belts and resistance bands
- Competition: Drills focused on endurance and strict form for district meets
Recovery & Mindset
- Saturday Special: Dedicated flexibility, yoga, and mobility session
- Mental Focus: Meditation and breathwork (Pranayama) for stress management
- Tracking: Weekly form checks and rep count challenges

Screen-Free Fitness, Desi Style
Hum Califit hain (We are Califit). If your kid is glued to screens, we get it - it's tough. Our goal is simple: help your child move, play, and feel like a superhero. We use calisthenics for kids, so no fancy machines, just bodyweight moves and loads of fun.
What Makes Us Different
Yahaan pe (Here), it's not about heavy weights or showing off. We believe in play-based fitness for youth. Kids run, jump, swing, and climb - all in a safe, friendly space. Our focus is on real strength, flexibility, and agility drills for youth, not just looking fit.
Mind & Body Together
We guide kids to build strong bodies and sharper minds. Every session includes:
- Bodyweight strength training for kids: pull-ups, push-ups, squats, planks
- Agility and coordination: ladders, hurdles, dynamic moves
- Flexibility and mobility: special sessions every Saturday
- Mindfulness for children: meditation, yoga, and breathing to help with focus and stress
CaliGang Vibes
Our batches are for ages 4 to 14. Everyone’s welcome - whether your kid is shy or already a champ. We’ve seen kids like Chandan go from basics to national competitions. Morning and evening batches, Monday to Saturday. Saturday is for stretching and mobility.
Kids come in, play hard, learn, and leave feeling awesome. Simple, real, and desi.

My Story
Hi, Vicky here. Califit shuru kiya tha (started Califit) just for bodyweight training lovers, but ab toh family ban gaya hai yeh (now it’s become a family). Yahan pe (here) birthdays mean push-ups, Garba meets calisthenics, and every win - chota ya bada (big or small) - is a celebration. Little Chandan competing nationally, Arya winning powerlifting, that’s our real 'CALIGAIN'. Muscles toh ban hi jaate hain, par yahaan legacy banti hai (muscles are built, but here, a legacy is built).

Kids & Adults Both - From kids bodyweight classes to adults, pro ho ya beginner (pro or beginner) - all welcome, no age limit.
Cali Kids Program - Playful movement program for kids - run, flip, swing, and build confidence, not just muscles.
