Our Cali Kids batch at Vikhroli is all about making fitness fun. This video shows them engaged in warm-ups, agility drills over hurdles, and even practicing forward rolls, building a strong athletic foundation.
Strength isn't just physical. We teach our Cali Kids the importance of mindfulness and meditation to improve focus, manage emotions, and build mental resilience.

About Cali Kids: Fitness & Fun
We don't do boring, repetitive routines here. Your child’s session involves animal flow, hurdle jumps, and guided flexibility work that feels more like a playground than a traditional workout. It’s all about teaching them to control their own movement, gain coordination, and burn energy in a supportive environment where they aren't glued to a screen.
Building the CaliGang Next Gen
Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. That’s why our Cali Kids program is designed to get kids excited about moving. We strip away the gym machines and focus on the fundamentals: running, jumping, climbing, and balancing. Whether they are toddlers or teens, we help them develop a strong foundation that prevents injury and builds athletic confidence for the long run.
What They Actually Do
Every session is a mix of structure and play. We introduce:
- Foundational Movement: We teach them to master their own body weight through exercises like push-ups, squats, and planks, all tailored for young, growing bodies.
- Agility & Coordination: Using hurdles, cones, and animal flow transitions, we work on their ability to move quickly and react.
- Mindfulness: We don't just work the body. We include short, quiet sessions to teach them focus, breathing, and how to stay calm, which helps them handle stress in school and daily life.
- Flexibility & Yoga: We teach basic asanas like the cobra and downward dog to keep their joints fluid and healthy.
The Environment
We train in semi-outdoor, turf-based facilities in Vikhroli and Kanjurmarg. It’s gritty, it’s sweaty, and it’s real. There is no AC, just fresh air and a community that cheers for every win. Your child learns that strength isn't just about big muscles; it’s about persistence, discipline, and being part of a family that pushes each other to get better every single day.
