Saturday Flexibility Drop-In
Session Details
- 60-minute dedicated group session (approx. 15-25 participants)
- Valid for Saturday slots only (Morning or Evening batches)
- Coach-led dynamic mobility drills and animal flow transitions

- Power yoga asanas: Downward Dog, Cobra, and Pigeon pose
- Instructor-assisted PNF deep stretching for splits and backbends
- Focus on joint fluidity and opening hips/shoulders

- Semi-outdoor shed setup with fans (Non-AC)
- Artificial sports turf surface for moderate cushioning
- Shared PVC yoga mats and foam rollers provided
Saturday Mobility Series (Monthly)
Batch Access
- 4 sessions per month (Once a week on Saturdays)
- Dedicated mobility batch separate from daily strength training
- Long-term range of motion tracking (aiming for full splits)
Scope of Work
- Static holds mixed with dynamic movement patterns
- Partner-assisted drills for deeper forward folds and extensions
- Injury prevention focus: Wrists, shoulders, and hips
- Calisthenics skill prep: Mobility for V-sit, L-sit, and Handstand alignment

- Gritty, sweat-equity environment (No AC)
- Basic changing area and drinking water refill available

Why Flexibility & Mobility Matter
Strength isn’t just about muscle. It’s about control, and honestly, a body that moves without restrictions feels amazing. Our sessions are zaroori (important) for anyone who wants to master calisthenics skills or just move better in daily life. Injury prevention? That’s a big bonus.
What Happens in a Session
- Body ko kholna (unlocking your body) is the goal. This isn’t your usual slow stretching class.
- We use Yoga for athletes, mixing powerful asanas like deep lunges, backbends, and splits. Sometimes, partner yoga makes things fun.
- Dynamic mobility exercises keep your joints strong and ready for action. You’ll notice your range of motion improving, which helps everywhere - from workouts to just sitting at your desk.
- Coaches guide group stretching routines, helping you unlock tight spots like hips, hamstrings, and back. Sometimes you get an assist for a deeper stretch.
Who Can Join
Sabke liye (for everyone). Doesn’t matter if you’re stiff or super bendy. All fitness levels, men, women, and even Cali Kids are welcome. We’re all about building a strong foundation together.
When & Where
Flexibility work is part of our warm-ups and cool-downs, but we also run a dedicated batch:
- Saturday mornings: 8-9 AM
- Evening batch: Time shifts between 7-9 PM, so check the weekly schedule
- Sessions at Vikhroli and Kanjurmarg parks

My Story
Hi, Vicky here. Califit shuru kiya tha (started Califit) just for bodyweight training lovers, but ab toh family ban gaya hai yeh (now it’s become a family). Yahan pe (here) birthdays mean push-ups, Garba meets calisthenics, and every win - chota ya bada (big or small) - is a celebration. Little Chandan competing nationally, Arya winning powerlifting, that’s our real 'CALIGAIN'. Muscles toh ban hi jaate hain, par yahaan legacy banti hai (muscles are built, but here, a legacy is built).

What We Offer - Guided group batches, personal training in calisthenics group training, bodyweight, strength, flexibility, yoga, plus diet plans.
Kids & Adults Both - From kids bodyweight classes to adults, pro ho ya beginner (pro or beginner) - all welcome, no age limit.
Cali Kids Program - Playful movement program for kids - run, flip, swing, and build confidence, not just muscles.
