Training Structure
- Schedule: Access to sessions 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) with slots available in Morning (7 AM - 11 AM) and Evening (5 PM - 11 PM).
- Workout Format: Daily programming alternating between push, pull, legs, and core.
- Skill Focus: Dedicated time for unlocking advanced moves like Muscle-ups, Handstands, and Levers.
- Coach Support: Hands-on spotting for form correction and safety during complex drills.
Facility & Basics
- Infrastructure: Raw training environment in a semi-covered shed or open-air park with artificial turf flooring (Non-AC).
- Equipment: Usage of rigs, high bars, parallel bars, rings, bands, and weighted vests.
- Amenities: Basic changing area, shoe racks, and drinking water station.

- Recovery: Saturday batch dedicated to Yoga-based flexibility and mobility.
- Tracking: Periodic strength assessments (max reps for pull-ups/push-ups).

My Story
Hi, Vicky here. Califit shuru kiya tha (started Califit) just for bodyweight training lovers, but ab toh family ban gaya hai yeh (now it’s become a family). Yahan pe (here) birthdays mean push-ups, Garba meets calisthenics, and every win - chota ya bada (big or small) - is a celebration. Little Chandan competing nationally, Arya winning powerlifting, that’s our real 'CALIGAIN'. Muscles toh ban hi jaate hain, par yahaan legacy banti hai (muscles are built, but here, a legacy is built).
