About CaliKids: Building Future Champions

We don't use treadmills or heavy machines here. In my kids' batches, your child learns to control their own weight through hanging, jumping, and animal movements. It is a raw, semi-outdoor environment where they get to run, flip, and build real confidence on the bars. My focus is on safe progression, ensuring that every kid, whether a complete beginner or already athletic, learns the discipline of bodyweight training while actually having fun.

Why Calisthenics for Kids?

Kids today spend too much time on screens. At Califit, we replace scrolling with skills. Our program is designed for children aged 4 to 14 to develop fundamental physical literacy. We don't just build muscles; we build movement patterns that last a lifetime.

The Training Ground

Our sessions are held in our dedicated spaces in Vikhroli East and Kanjurmarg. We train on rigs, parallel bars, and rings, giving kids a playground that actually makes them stronger. Because it is non-AC and open-air, they build immunity and endurance naturally, just like a real athlete should.

What We Focus On

  • Agility & Coordination: Hurdles, jumps, and animal crawls for better balance.
  • Upper Body Strength: Learning to hang, pull, and hold their own weight through safe, progressive drills.
  • Flexibility: Mobility flows that prevent injury and keep them agile as they grow.
