The prize for conquering The OG 300. Winners for both men and women will receive 10,000 rupees, with 5,000 for the runner-up. All participants get refreshments and access to our recovery zone.

If you can handle the heat, you are one of the 30.
The Gauntlet
The OG 300 isn't your standard gym challenge. It is a dedicated endurance gauntlet held right here at our Koramangala warehouse. We limit registration to 30 athletes to keep the quality high, the judging strict, and the vibe electric. You will be cycling through 100 barbell reverse lunges, 100 ball slams, and 100 box jumps, all with rope climbs bridging the gaps. It is a test of pure, unadulterated grit.

We provide the on-site physio, the hydration, and the crowd energy. You just bring the effort.
The Standards
We don't do 'almost'.
- Barbell Reverse Lunges: Back knee must touch the ground on every rep. The bar stays on your back.
- Ball Slams: Arms must be fully extended overhead before the slam.
- Box Jumps: Full extension on top of the box. No rounding your back to cheat the height.
