Standard Indoor Decor Package
Decor Setup
- Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft basic setup using either drapes (satin/polyester in 2 colors) or a standard flex banner with name printing.
- Balloon Work: Up to 300 standard shiny latex balloons arranged in spiral arch designs or bunches. Note: Does not include chrome or double stuffed matte finishes.
- Cake Display: Dressing of one cake table with table skirt and confetti/loose balloons.
- Entrance: 2 simple balloon pillars (approx. 5ft height) at the door.
Logistics & Staff
- Manpower: Setup and breakdown crew included (approx. 2 to 3 hours setup time).
- Transport: Includes material transport within city limits.
- Cleanup: Basic removal of decor materials post event.
Themed Decor with 2D Cutouts & Lighting
Themed Elements
- Custom Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft themed backdrop (e.g., Cocomelon, Jungle) using flex printing or drapes with fairy lights.
- Character Cutouts: 3 to 4 prominent standing cutouts made of Sunboard/Foam board (3ft to 4ft height) matching the theme. Note: These are 2D flat printed cutouts.
- Balloon Decor: Semi elaborate arrangement with approx. 500 balloons matching theme colors, including foil stars or numbers.
- Props: Themed bunting banners and small table props.
Lighting & Entrance
- Photography Lighting: One Ring Light on a tripod stand to assist with guest photography.
- Ambient Light: 2 LED PAR lights to illuminate the backdrop.
- Welcome Setup: Custom designed welcome board placed on a wooden easel stand at the venue entrance.
Service
- Execution: End to end setting up of props and coordinating the visual look.
Premium Stage & Outdoor Setup
Stage & Entrance
- Main Backdrop: Wide backdrop (10ft to 12ft) for stage use, featuring heavy draping, fairy light strings, and artificial floral borders.
- Grand Entrance: Full density spiral balloon arch plus a Red Carpet rollout (approx. 15 to 20 running feet).
- Venue Fillers: Decor for peripheral areas including balloons in water bodies, bunting across open spaces, and aisle markers.
- Signage: Premium Welcome Board with personalized text, embellished with artificial flowers or balloon clusters.
Tech & Audio Visual
- Display: Rental of one LED TV (42 to 50 inch) on a stand for slideshows.
- Audio: Basic PA system (1 Active Speaker + 1 Mic) for announcements or background music.
Management
- On Site Coordinator: Dedicated supervisor to manage the decor flow.
- Logistics: Includes trucking for stage gear and heavy props.

Types of Celebrations
- Birthdays: First birthdays, big milestone parties, or just-for-fun - I've done them all. I love creating those balloon-packed, happy spaces. If you want a themed birthday party setup, or need the venue to look like something out of a cartoon, I’m on it.
- Engagements: These events feel special every time. I’m big on fancy entrances (think red carpet, balloon arches, the works) and making sure the couple’s story shows up everywhere - like on custom welcome signage for parties.
The Extra Bits
- Personalized decor - banners, boards, whatever makes it feel like your event.
- Need an LED wall? Or a screen for a slideshow? I have access to LED wall rentals for events too.
- I work with a small team, and if needed, call in trusted folks for something unique.
