Traditional Home Puja Decor
Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: Approx. 6ft (H) x 6ft (W) pipe and drape setup suitable for living rooms.
- Material: Traditional fabric draping (Red/Maroon/Yellow satin mix) OR fresh banana leaf background screen.
Floral & Lighting
- Flowers: Local Indian flowers including Orange/Yellow Marigold (Genda) garlands and Red Roses.
- Placement: Garland draping for the idol and backdrop framing.
- Lighting: 1 to 2 LED focus lights to illuminate the deity area.
Logistics
- Service: Delivery, setup (2 to 3 hours prior), and next day dismantling.
- Exclusions: Idol and puja samagri (fruits, oil, wicks) are not included.
Banquet Hall Stage Decor
Stage Configuration
- Width: 10ft to 12ft wide setup suitable for banquet halls.
- Backdrop Options:
- Option A: Personalized Flex Print (Vinyl) on a wooden frame (Cartoons or Floral themes).
- Option B: Ring Arch setup with asymmetric organic balloon garlands or artificial flowers.
- Furniture: 1 White/Gold Throne Chair or a 2 seater couple sofa.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals or a decorative table.
Venue Add ons
- Entrance: Standard balloon arch (inverted U shape) or themed welcome board on an easel.
- Lighting: 2 to 4 LED Par cans to provide a color wash on stage.
- Flooring: Red or Green stage carpet if not provided by the venue.
Execution
- Balloons: Standard metallic or pastel latex balloons.
- Staff: Team of 3 to 4 people for setup and breakdown.
Outdoor Lawn Decor & Sound
Lawn Styling
- Theme: Vibrant festival style decor (Holi, Carnival, or Village themes).
- Draping: Colorful fabric wrapping for 8 to 10 trees or pillars.
- Suspended Props: 20 to 30 units of Rajasthani umbrellas, paper lanterns, or dreamcatchers hanging between trees.
- Entrance: Box Truss or Bamboo gate structure draped in theme colors with a welcome sign.
Entertainment & Photos
- Sound System: Basic PA setup suitable for speeches and background music (2 Top Speakers, 1 Subwoofer, Mixer, 1 Mic).
- Photo Booth: 1 dedicated themed prop setup (e.g., decorated bicycle/rickshaw or cutout frame).
Logistics
- Transport: Includes logistics to resorts on the outskirts (e.g., Kanakapura Road).
- Exclusions: Guest seating furniture and rain protection tents are not included.
