Kids' Milestone Birthday Package
Decor & Theme Construction
- Main Stage Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft custom themed backdrop (Unicorn, Jungle, Boss Baby, etc.) using flex branding on wooden frames or circular ring setup.
- Balloon Artistry: Standard pastel or metallic balloon garland arrangement (approx. 800-1000 balloons) framing the backdrop. Note: Includes standard balloon arch, not high-end organic varying-size installation.
- Cake Area Styling: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals for cake and dessert display, color-coordinated to the theme.
- Signage: 2ft tall LED Marquee letters (Rental) for the child's name (up to 6 letters) or age.
- Welcome Nook: Personalized welcome signage on an easel stand with a small balloon cluster at the venue entrance.
Entertainment & Media
- Photography: 1 Professional Candid Photographer for 4 hours to capture cake cutting and portraits. Deliverables: Soft copies via cloud link.
- Activity: One standard entertainment option for kids (Choice of: Tattoo Artist, Balloon Modeller, or Comedy Magician) for 90 minutes.
Planning & Logistics
- Coordination: On-site supervisor to manage vendor setup and breakdown.

- Ceremonial Backdrop: 8ft x 10ft traditional backdrop utilizing real marigold (orange/yellow) strings, tuberose, and fresh banana leaves/stalks.
- Cradle Decoration: Complete floral wrapping for the baby's cradle/jhula using jasmine strings and roses (Cradle structure rental included if needed).
- Brassware & Props: Rental and arrangement of traditional South Indian brass elements: 2 large Kuthu Vilakku (lamps), 1 Brass Urli with floating flowers, and idol placement (Ganesha/Krishna).
- Entrance Décor: Intricate flower petal Rangoli (Pookalam style) at the entrance with mango leaf Toran for the main door.
Ritual Essentials
- Seating Setup: Provision of floor mattresses/gaddas with clean white sheets for the immediate family sitting for the Homa/Pooja.

- Adult milestone birthdays? We love pulling off grand setups, live bands, custom milestone boards, and themed backdrops that feel personal.
- Anniversaries get an elegant touch with dreamy drapes and custom signs, so your love story is front and centre.
- Traditional naming ceremony decor is close to our heart - we blend marigold garlands, brass lamps, and a bit of modern flair. You’ll catch us fussing over every little detail, even the ceremonial plates.
