Since we bake in live kitchens, our summer specials like the Rafello or Faluda Gateaux are prepared in small batches to stay fresh. Every item here is eggless by default, using stabilized non-dairy cream that holds its shape even when the Bengaluru sun is beating down. If you are dropping by one of our spots, try the pastry first, or grab a full gateaux for the family.
Why Our Summer Menu is Different
Summer in Bengaluru calls for lighter, refreshing flavors. We move away from heavy, dense cakes and lean into fruit-based purees and chilled components that survive the heat. Our Rafello Gateaux with its coconut and white chocolate profile, or the rose-forward Faluda Gateaux, are designed to be light on the palate.

We run live kitchens across our locations in Jayanagar, Whitefield, HSR Layout, and beyond. This is not mass-produced factory baking. Whether you pick up a 100g pastry or a full 500g gateaux, it was likely baked the same morning. Being an eggless bakery, we use stabilized vegetable-fat cream that keeps its structure, so your dessert looks as good on your table as it does in our display counter.
Making Your Selection
- For Individuals: Our pastries (110–220 INR) are perfect for a solo treat.
- For Small Celebrations: Grab one of our bento cakes (450–750 INR). These are 250g–500g, come with a candle and spoon, and are ideal for quick, spontaneous surprises.
Since these are seasonal, we keep the batches small to maintain quality. If you have a specific flavor in mind, checking our availability is always a good idea.
