About Our Story: The Farm & The Team

Every dish we serve at CAARA starts at our own chemical-free farm, where we grow our own basil, asparagus, and herbs. When we are not harvesting it ourselves, we source specific ingredients like Swiss pizza flour or San Marzano tomatoes to match the standard of our European-inspired menu. It is this commitment to the origin of every ingredient that defines the taste of everything we put on your plate.
