We do not use shortcuts or generic spice mixes. When we say regional, we mean it. Our chefs slow-cook our Dal Makhni for 24 hours to achieve that velvety texture, and our biryani rice is prepared to ensure each grain remains distinct and aromatic.

We source our meats fresh and clean our vegetables meticulously, treating every private house party or corporate lunch as a significant event.
