Assisted Chef-Plated Dinner
Core Service
- Chef on Site: 1 professional chef present for 3 hours (1 hr prep + 2 hrs service).
- Scope: Chef handles heating, sauce emulsification, and aesthetic plating on your table.
- Staffing: 1 Chef for up to 15 guests. Note: No waiters or cleaning staff included.
3 Course Menu
- Breads: Signature Sourdough or Focaccia with basil pesto and cultured butter.
- Starters: Choice of 2 items like Himalayan Asparagus or Fresh Fig & Burrata salad.
- Mains: Choice of 2 European classics like Roast Chicken, Wellington, or Ravioli.
- Dessert: 1 plated dessert like Salted Caramel Tart or Flourless Chocolate Cake.
Logistics
- Transport: Delivery in temperature retaining packaging.
- Requirements: Chef uses your oven, hob, and platters. You must provide all crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

The Grazing Installation
- Cheese & Dips: International Brie/Parmesan and local artisanal cheeses. Basil pesto, Hummus, and Truffle cream cheese.
- Accompaniments: Seasonal fruits, honeycomb, spiced nuts, and house made seed crackers.
- Styling: Includes marble platters, wooden risers, and premium wicker baskets with basic greenery.
Circulating Food
- Cold Canapes: 3 varieties like Smoked Salmon on Baguette or Goat Cheese Crostini.
- Hot Bites: 3 varieties like Himalayan Morel Tartlets or Pulled Chicken.
- Sweet Bites: Passing trays of Macarons or Dark Chocolate Tartlets.
Service Team
- Ratio: 1 Server per 12 guests for food circulation and glass refilling.
- Kitchen Team: Chefs to replenish the grazing table and assemble hot appetizers.
- Bar Support: Basic glassware management and pouring support (alcohol provided by client).

Culinary Journey
- Welcome: Fresh cold pressed juices or botanical elixirs.
- Appetizers: 4 to 5 varieties of heavy pass around snacks.
- The Feast: Salad bar with farm greens. Live carving (Turkey/Chicken) or Pasta station. Sides like Truffle mash and artisanal breads.
- Dessert: Plated dessert plus coffee and tea service.
Premium Equipment
- Tableware: Textured ceramic crockery, heavy gold/matte cutlery, and fine glassware.
- Linen: Premium linen napkins and table runners in earthy tones or crisp whites.
- Furniture: Buffet tables and station setups included.
White Glove Service
- Staffing: High touch service with 1 server per 8 to 10 guests.
- Scope: Full setup, beverage service, and post event cleanup.
- Management: Includes an Event Manager to oversee flow.

Hosting is in my bones, and at Caara, my personal style blends right into how we work. I want you to actually enjoy your party, not just run around - so we take care of the food, the vibe, and even the little details.
The Food
We take farm-to-table catering seriously. Most of our herbs and veggies come straight from our own farm, and we work with local producers for stuff like artisanal cheese platters. You’ll see Indian brie and burrata on our menus, plus regional stars - Himalayan asparagus, Kumaoni grapes, Mahabaleshwar strawberries, the works. No refined sugars, lots of freshness. If you want healthy gourmet catering, you’re in the right place.
How We Cater
- Full-service for big celebrations: weddings, galas, you name it. We handle everything, including live kitchens and bar setups.
- Specialty tables: grazing tables stacked with cheeses and fruit, or dessert tables loaded with tarts and macarons. We customise for your theme.
- For intimate gatherings, we deliver dishes and, for big orders, send a chef to help with plating.
Our Style
Think modern European wedding menu, sometimes with fresh Indian twists. Crowd favourites? Mushroom pâté tartlets, pulled chicken crostinis, portobello Wellington, salted caramel goodies.
