Our Food Roots
Everything starts with the best ingredients. Most of our veggies and herbs come straight from our farm. We stay away from chemicals and refined sugar, so the food feels good and tastes even better. Think farm-to-table cafe experience, but with zero fuss.
Sourcing Stories
- We grow our own basil and asparagus - you’ll taste the difference in our fresh basil pesto pasta.
- When we can’t grow it, we find local gems: Chamba asparagus, Kumaoni grapes, and fantastic dairy for our artisanal burrata dishes.
- Some things are best imported, like our pizza flour from Switzerland or San Marzano tomatoes for that tangy kick.
