About Artisanal Bakery & Desserts
Our baking process bridges the gap between indulgence and health. We consciously avoid refined sugar in our cakes and tarts, relying on the natural sweetness of high-quality produce and seasonal fruits like Mahabaleshwar strawberries. Whether you are ordering a loaf of our signature seeded country bread or a celebration cake, you are getting food that tastes like home, but with professional, artisanal precision.
We started CAARA with a simple philosophy: if you start with the best ingredients, the food will naturally be excellent. Our bakery is an extension of that belief. We mill our own grains and use Swiss flour for our Napoletana-style bases, while our healthy desserts take center stage for anyone mindful of their sugar intake.
Why Our Bakes Feel Different
- Gut-Healthy Grains: We believe in the power of seeds and nuts. Our seeded country loaves are coated in pumpkin and flax seeds, making them as nutritious as they are textured. These aren't just sides; they are staples for daily gut health.
- Seasonal Integrity: We don't bake by a static calendar. When Mahabaleshwar strawberries arrive in January, our tarts and Mille-feuille become the stars of the kitchen. When the season ends, we move on to the next fresh bounty.
- No Refined Sugar: Our signature carrot cake and chocolate tarts prove that you do not need chemical-laden sweeteners to create a masterpiece. We use natural ingredients to enhance flavor, not mask it.

Caara
We believe in the simple luxury of fresh, honest food. My team and I pour as much love into our sourdough as we do into our celebration cakes, making sure every bite feels like a handmade treat.
