About The Brik Oven Vibe: Our Spaces & Community
When you walk into any of our spots, you do not just smell the wood fire. You see the open kitchen where our chefs are busy, you hear the music, and you can grab a seat at our long community tables to share a meal with strangers or old friends. We design our spaces to be loud, fun, and just a little bit unpredictable.
Whether you are hitting our original spot on Church Street or checking out the newest vibe in HSR, the experience stays the same. We wanted to build places where Bangalore could hang out properly, not just grab a quick bite and leave.
Our open kitchens are the heart of this. You will see our chefs stretching dough, stoking the fire, and plating up everything from sourdough pizzas to our fresh burrata. It is all part of the show.
We love a good party, which is why our calendar is usually packed. From wine tasting nights where we set up long communal seating to our massive block parties, we are always looking for reasons to bring people together. You might walk in for a solo coffee and a book, or you might find yourself in the middle of a DJ set and a pizza pop-up.
We have designed every outlet to have its own character while keeping that signature Brik Oven energy. If you are ever wondering where the buzz is, just follow the smell of charred crust and look for the brick walls.
