If you are struggling with knee pain, these gentle movements can help. In this video, I demonstrate two simple standing exercises designed to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint. We will do these slowly and carefully, just 10 rounds each day, to build strength over time.
Daily finger and toe stretches are simple yet so powerful. Using a simple rubber band, we can improve grip strength and control, which is especially helpful for those experiencing arthritis, numbness, or carpal tunnel syndrome. Chhoti chhoti cheezein hi bada farak laati hain (It's the small things that make a big difference).
Heel pain, sometimes caused by a bony bump known as Haglund's deformity, can be very uncomfortable. My therapy sessions focus on gentle movements and techniques to release swelling and reduce symptoms, helping you walk with greater ease.
