About The Bespoke Journey: From Sketch to Finish

Every piece I create requires at least two to three dedicated fitting sessions at my Karol Bagh studio. Whether we are building a structured corset or a heavy reception gown, these trials are where we pin, tuck, and perfect the fit until it feels like a second skin, just for you.

How We Create Your Vision

My approach to custom couture isn't about rushing to the finish line, but about building something that feels right. Here is how we turn your ideas into reality:

  1. Consultation & Sketching: We start with a chat about what you need and what you love. I sketch out the design to see if the silhouette matches the mood you want.
  2. Fabric Selection: I personally pick out raw silks, lycra, or metallic georgettes based on the drape and structure needed for your specific outfit.
  3. The Workshop: This is where my artisans get to work. From creating the master pattern to the delicate hand-embroidery and beading, every step is done in-house. You will often see me in the workshop overseeing the cutting and beading to ensure the work matches the design.
  4. The Fitting Sessions: This is the most crucial part. We include at least two physical trials. We don't just check the length, we look at how the fabric moves on you. If a design idea changes halfway through because we find a better silhouette for your frame, we adapt. That is the beauty of bespoke.

Timeline & Expectations

Creating high-quality Indo-Western fusion wear, bridal lehengas, or corset sets takes time. I typically need 20 to 35 days for production, depending on the complexity of the handwork and embroidery. I don't believe in cutting corners just to speed things up, because the value is in the art and the effort. If you are looking for a cocktail gown or a custom trousseau, please reach out to my studio in Delhi well in advance.
