This isn't casual knocking around. In my adult batches, we dedicate 15 minutes to high-intensity warm-ups before moving into BWF-standard drill work. Expect to sweat, work on your footwork, and get direct, immediate feedback on your swing mechanics every single session.
The Training Grind
Badminton is a game of speed, but it is also a game of attrition. If you cannot keep your heart rate up and your legs moving, your technique will fail as soon as the match gets long. My sessions at Battledore Arena are structured to prevent that.
