I don't do boring routines. Whether it is a 90-minute stress-busting workshop for your team or a structured 8-session monthly program, I bring all the gear, including focus pads and agility ladders, directly to your space. You just need to show up, leave your laptop behind, and be ready to switch off from work mode.
Martial arts provides an outlet that most gym workouts just cannot match. When you are focused on a drill or reacting to a partner, your brain completely disconnects from emails and deadlines. This is why I focus on making sessions dynamic, mixing traditional techniques with games that build agility and genuine team spirit.
How I Work With Teams
- Stress-Busting Workshops: These are 90-minute sessions perfect for corporate team bonding. We focus on basic self-defense, partner drills, and movement games that get everyone laughing.
- Regular On-Premise Training: If you want a consistent fitness routine, I conduct bi-weekly sessions at your office. This includes the full WAKO-affiliated curriculum, covering stance work, striking, and defense.
- Events & Sports Days: From fight scene choreography for annual days to managing sparring brackets, I handle the logistics, safety gear, and officiating.
