Fresh Fruit & Classic Flavor Cakes
From seasonal strawberry ganache cakes to warm apple cinnamon tea bakes, everything is made from scratch in my home kitchen.
This is my eggless gourmet chocolate and strawberry cake. It features a light sponge, is filled with my homemade chocolate ganache, and topped with a generous amount of fresh, chopped strawberries and delicate gold flakes.

A classic and all time favorite, the fresh pineapple cake. This rectangular loaf cake is topped with chunks of juicy pineapple and surrounded by light, fluffy whipped cream piping.

A simple and sweet red velvet birthday cake. I start with a plain white frosted cake and add a piped border, red ribbons, and a handwritten message to dress it up for the celebration.

When you order a fruit-based cake, I do not use generic fillings or syrups. For my apple cinnamon cakes, I hand-pan-fry the apples with spices until they are soft and caramelized, then layer them between freshly baked sponges. You can taste the difference when the fruit is prepared properly, and because I do not use preservatives, it is best enjoyed within two days of delivery.
There is something honest about a cake that relies on the quality of its ingredients rather than heavy fondant or artificial dyes. My kitchen philosophy is simple: if I would not serve it to my own family, it does not leave my house. When it comes to fresh fruit flavors, I believe the fruit should be the star. Whether it is the tartness of hand-cut strawberries paired with rich dark chocolate ganache or the comforting warmth of spiced apples in a loaf cake, the focus is always on texture and balance.
I avoid store-bought mixes entirely. Every sponge, whether classic vanilla or rich chocolate, is mixed, baked, and finished by hand. If you are looking for eggless options, I have perfected a gourmet technique that ensures you do not compromise on the fluffiness or the structure of the cake.
Since I operate out of my home, I make every bake to order. This means I need a minimum of 48 hours to source the freshest ingredients and ensure the ganache or compote is set perfectly.
