About Fruit-Forward Flavors
I don't use canned fillings or artificial syrups. When you order a fruit-based cake, I personally source the freshest strawberries, mangoes, or berries available that week to ensure the flavor is bright and real, not just sugary. Because I work from my home kitchen and everything is made fresh to order, please give me at least 48 hours notice so I can pick the best produce for your bake.

There is a big difference between an artificial strawberry essence and the actual taste of a ripe strawberry. My fruit-forward cakes are about bringing that natural, refreshing taste to your table. Whether it is the vibrant sweetness of Alphonso mangoes in summer or the tangy pop of fresh blueberries, I focus on letting the fruit be the star.
How I Build My Fruit Cakes
Each cake starts with a sponge—vanilla is a classic pairing that lets the fruit shine, while my chocolate sponges provide a rich contrast, especially with berries. I layer these with my homemade jams, fresh fruit compotes, and light, fluffy buttercream.
