Why I Bake
Baking is my way of showing love. As a homebaker and a special needs mom, I put a bit of my story into every cake. I love being part of your celebrations, whether it’s a milestone birthday or just a chai-time treat. My cakes are all made from scratch in my own kitchen, with memories and a little bit of Bollywood thrown in (sometimes literally on the cake!).
Boozy Bakes for Grown-Ups
If you like your cake with a kick, you’ll probably love my Kahlua-infused chocolate cake. It’s rich, soaked in liqueur, and covered in homemade chocolate ganache. My Christmas fruit-soaked rum cake is another favorite, especially with a caramel drizzle. These are definitely not for kids!
Chocolate Obsession
I’m all about deep, dark chocolate. My homemade chocolate ganache cake comes in combos like chocolate & salted caramel, chocolate & strawberry (eggless gourmet cakes available), chocolate & hazelnut, and chocolate & Nutella. If you want a little crunch or extra filling, just ask.
Simple Cakes for Chai or Coffee
Sometimes you just want a slice with your evening chai. My banana crumb cake is gooey and crunchy at the same time. The apple cinnamon tea cake is a classic, perfect for any time of day.

I bake everything fresh, so I need at least 48 hours’ notice. No last-minute rush bakes here - I want your cake to be just right.
