This dinosaur-themed cake was for a very special baby shower to celebrate a "hatching soon" arrival. It's a chocolate and fresh strawberry cake, and I loved creating the little fondant dinosaurs and edible soil to bring the theme to life.

I made this rich dark chocolate ganache cake for a special 18th birthday. The rustic, textured chocolate finish with delicate gold leaf edging is one of my signature styles for milestone celebrations.
