About this collection
When we set up our live stations, we bring the same heavy charcoal sigris for our Paneer Tikka and Veg Seekh that we use for our Mutton Seekh. No gas grills, no cheating on flavour. That smoky char you get on the paneer is real, and it is done right in front of your guests, just the way we have been doing it for seven decades.
You might know us for the meat, but our vegetarian menu is not an afterthought. In our 75 years of business, we have learned that food is only as good as the preparation.
We apply our family-secret marination process to our Paneer Tikka. It involves a specific red masala mix that we prepare ourselves, ensuring the flavour profile remains consistent whether it is a small house party or a large corporate event. We don't use electric tandoors that dry out the ingredients; the live charcoal creates that essential smoky crust that makes street food what it is.
