We have been feeding Mumbai since 1946, and while we have grown from a small street stall to catering some of the biggest concerts and festivals, our philosophy remains the same: no shortcuts, only proper mehnat.
When we bring the Bademiya experience to your event, we bring the full setup. This includes:
- Authentic Grilling: We do not use gas. We bring our heavy iron charcoal sigris to every location because that is the only way to get the real smoky flavour of our Mutton Seekh and Chicken Reshmi Tikkas.
- The Ustaads: Our chefs arrive in our branded black coats, trained to handle the skewers exactly the way we have been doing for decades.
- Consistency: Whether we are serving at Zomaland or an intimate family dinner, the masalas are the same ones we prepare ourselves. We don't change our taste for different crowds; we deliver the iconic Bademiya flavour that our regulars expect.
